Using this system, you can view all employment opportunities available at ICS Logistics, learn more about our corporate culture and employment benefits, create an online profile of yourself, submit a text resume, and apply for open positions. It is important to complete the "My profile" section as well as the "Work Eligibility" question.

  • In order to apply for a job, you must be a registered user of our system. Click Apply for the first time to create your user account.


  • When you log on to the system for the first time, make sure to fill out ALL the information on the My Profile tab before applying for any jobs. Incomplete applications will not be considered.



  • ICS Recruiting Process: An Overview
    This overview can help you understand ICS's recruiting process, from the resume submission to the interview and beyond. (Of course, keep in mind that ICS uses many different methods to recruit and hire employees - in fact, it would be impossible to identify all such methods. The following is meant to illustrate only one type of recruiting method.)

    1. Resumes can be sent to ICS online or via email @ hr@icslogistics.com

    2. Resumes are kept in ICS's database for approximately twelve months. Resumes are sorted and matched to various positions; you do not need to submit multiple resumes within that one year time frame.

    3. When a particular position requires filling, the database is searched for resumes that contain specific keywords (related to the job description).

    4. If a resume has all required keywords, it will appear on the recruiter's screen (along with all other resumes that also match).

    5. The ICS recruiter reviews resumes that meet the search criteria in detail to identify which resumes appear to best match the position's requirements. The selected resumes are tagged with the job requisition number so they may be tracked for further consideration.

    6. The most competitive candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview with hiring representatives from within the business. These interviews are most often conducted face-to-face; however, some interviews may be conducted via phone. The candidates will usually have several interviews, some with a different member of the hiring team. The decision is reached by considering the input from all members of the hiring team.

    7. The ICS recruiter contacts the candidate who best meets the requirements for the position and offers them the job. If the candidate accepts the verbal offer of employment, he/she agrees to have a criminal background check completed. Once good background results are received, a written offer letter will be given which includes information such as start date, salary, and location. The candidate, at that time, must agree to take a drug test within 48 hours of acceptance of the written offer letter. If the candidate declines to accept the position, the recruiter may then offer the position to the next most qualified applicant. Once the position has been filled, other candidates may be sought again for future positions.
